We have a $195 minimum service charge for standalone cleaning appointments.

As a general planning guide, a smaller one-story home may typically cost approximately $250–$400 for a professional house wash. Larger homes, multiple stories, difficult access, specialty siding materials, and heavier organic growth may increase the price.
